Rachel is a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional with 25 years’ experience and is a Fellow of the Institute of Consulting and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.

She has extensive skills and knowledge in developing strategic plans, change management, training packages and management tools to encourage productivity and improve moral.

A serial entrepreneur, Rachel has started and developed 4 of her own businesses - largest employing 100 people across 3 sites with annual turnover in excess of 6M.

Rachel is knowledgeable, supportive and personable and has a positive and hands on approach. She has the ability to get to the root cause of the issue and her ethos is based upon integrity and honesty. Her aim is to empower and inspire businesses and individuals to succeed and she is passionate about helping people to regain control of their business.

Rachel has a wealth of expertise and breadth of knowledge working within start-ups, SME’s, high growths, private & public sector organisations. She works with Owner Managers, Boards, Executive Teams, Management Teams, staff and individuals.

Rachel is a professional, articulate facilitator and presenter and she has designed, delivered many accredited and non-accredited business & strategy and management & leadership programmes, workshops and webinars for all audiences, including graduates and women in business.

Rachel has considerable experience working within voluntary organisations to enhance sustainability and to develop strategies for choosing the best business entity to meet their objectives.

Rachel also has International experience - she has evaluated business support personnel for Czech Invest and Enterprise Estonia.
